Please read these terms and conditions carefully before using the North Crest web application or submitting your contact details.
1. Project Information & Developer Credentials
North Crest is a luxury gated residential development by Sri Venkateshwara Developers, spread over 2.65 Acres with 2 iconic towers (Basement + Stilt + 10 Floors) comprising 160 exclusive 3 BHK residences, situated at Survey No. 48/1, Gundlapochampally Village, Kompally, Hyderabad, Telangana. The project is officially registered under Telangana RERA (TG RERA Reg: P02200007136).
2. Express Communication Consent & DND/NDNC Exemption
By providing your Name and Mobile Number through our inquiry forms, smart cost calculator, or brochure download gateways, you provide explicit, unbundled affirmative consent to be contacted by Sri Venkateshwara Developers and our senior relationship managers.
DND / NDNC Registry Exemption: This consent explicitly supersedes any registration on the National Do Not Call (NDNC) or TRAI Do Not Disturb (DND) registries, because you have initiated a direct request for property information. You retain the right to revoke this consent at any time via WhatsApp or our privacy portal.
3. Compliance with DPDP Act, 2023 & User Duties
In using this portal, you agree to comply with your statutory duties as a Data Principal under Section 15 of the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023:
- You shall not impersonate another individual when submitting contact details.
- You shall provide accurate, current, and authentic contact information.
- You shall not submit false or frivolous inquiries or grievances.
4. Architectural Renders & RERA Disclosures
All 3D elevations, walk-through videos, renders, layout drawings, floor plans, and clubhouse visuals presented on this portal are artist’s impressions meant solely for conceptual visualization. Sanctioned architectural drawings, carpet areas, and specifications as defined in the registered Agreement of Sale shall take legal precedence.
5. Intellectual Property
All brand assets, names, layout designs, brochure documents, photography, and source code associated with North Crest are the exclusive property of Sri Venkateshwara Developers. Any unauthorized duplication or commercial reproduction without written permission is strictly prohibited.
6. Governing Law & Legal Jurisdiction
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the substantive laws of the Republic of India. The courts of competent jurisdiction at Hyderabad, Telangana, shall have exclusive jurisdiction over all disputes arising hereunder.
